Studies into children' health show that large numbers of young children spend 30 to 40 hours a week watching television, playing computer games or just being inactive.

Play has been described as children's work. It is the time when they explore social and physical boundaries. This is a wonderful time for significant adults to get down to the child's level have fun and learn about one another.
