Roles

HRSDC

Provides funding to UEY sponsoring organizations through contribution agreements and manages service contracts with independent contractors.  Manages national UEY initiative.

Make Children First

Key partner in the community.  In collaboration with the sponsoring organization and coordinator.

Helps engage the community and develop an evidence-based Community Action Plan to address children's needs.

Val Janz

Reports to sponsoring organization.  Coordinates UEY project. Facilitates data collections, local research and information sharing.  Works with sponsoring organization, researcher and coalition to develop the Community Action Plan.

Interior Community Services

Responsible agent in the Contribution Agreement.  Accountable for the management and delivery of the project.

Hires coordinator and researcher.

Responsible for project deliverables and results.  Provides financial and activity reports to HRSDC.

Jen Casorso

Compiles Inventory of Community Programs & Services.  Interprets data and liaises with data collection contractors on reports.  Produces Community Mapping Report.

School District 73

The involvement of school boards, school administration & schools in each community is key to the data collection activities & to facilitating the full participation of teachers, parents and children.

Independent Contractors

Collect EDI** and PIDACS** data.  Produce Community Research Reports.
